I just don't understand why all of you think it is ok or even funny to post something that personal about someone. I can accept the fact that arrest records are public record. BUT it did not stop at that, Someone then went and googled her name and posted a sarcastic question regarding her child and by his name, after first posting the link to her Myspace Page... To me that is taking it a little to far.yes I realize anyone at the time could view her page STILL did not mean it had to be posted on here.

If she had been arrested for meth it would have been listed as hallucinagenic, as would ecstasy. As far as the manufacture thing goes, whenever someone gets arrested with a significant amount of a non prescription narcotic and/or it is separated in a manner consistant in appearance with selling drugs ( i.e. multiple individual baggies), one is charged with manufacture/sale/distribution. This is an all in one charge they use when more severe trafficking charges do not apply. Therefore, I highly doubt she was making meth, since you need a somewhat formidable background and knowledge of chemistry. She was most likely busted with a significant amount or multiple individual bags of a non prescription narcotic.


Had she just had a small amount in one bag it would have been possession.

A kilo would have been possession w/ intent to distribute or trafficking if they could prove she brought it in from out of state.

If they caught her cooking coke and baking soda in her kitchen ( i.e. crack) she would have been charged under the manufacture/sale/distribution statute as well.

Let me clarify:

Anytime you are arrested during a buy you will get the manufacture/sale/distribution charge as well as any possession charges for anything else they find. If said "anything else" is individually bagged you will get possession w/ intent as well.

Her arrest was for selling a significant amount, either as one unit, or several individually packaged amounts during one or several buys.

So your opinion is that there was a traffic stop (the DWI) which led to a more detailed car search which led to the discovery of multiple satchels of non-prescription narcotics.
