Relson Gracie Academy of Fairfax Known as In Base jj has teamed up with Kaizen MMA. We just did some major renovations. We upgraded the mats, added wall mats, place in 5 hanging heavy bags and putting up a 10 ft caged section. Najim,Owner of the location & Head instructor for Kaizen MMA, just won Operation Octagon's HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MUAY THAI FIGHT (220 lbs.)

The Relson Gracie Academy is run by Toney Waldecker (Relson Gracie 1st degree Black Belt /Pro MMA fighter) and Jim Hannan (Relson Gracie 4th degree Brown Belt). We have classes 5 times a week. We are running a remodel re-opening. If you are looking to learn some Self defense, Gracie jiu jitsu, MMA, Come in a check us out. We are located at:
