Hey, I'm looking for a place that sells close out granite.

Looking for a slab that's 30"x27" and I don't want to pay the $300 home depot wants.

Figure I can get it a lot cheaper from a place that has odd sizes and left over pieces.

Any ideas? thanks.

Seems like a lot of headstone places are selling granite for countertops, too, these days. You should check into a few and see what they say.

There is a granite place on Lee Highway in Falls Church City that we went to for granite for a 1/2 bathroom counter. They were happy to sell us a cutting from a slab that was broken in shipment. I think it was Atlantic Stone Center.

I recommend NOVA marble&granite, It's privately owned(cheaper than Home Depot), they fabricate and install granite countertops in about 2 days. The owner Nick has 20+ years in the business. I was very satisfied with my kitchen.I Highly recommend this shop.
