Ok so county rape incidnets have increased and part of that was attributed to false reports. So I see the report below. What if this girl is just pissed at this guy because he flipped her off or something?
Indecent Exposure in Reston
A young man allegedly exposed himself to a 15-year-old Reston-area girl on Thursday, August 16 shortly after 1:30 in the afternoon. The teenager was walking alone in the 11300 block of Ridge Heights Road when a small blue car, with a big spoiler in the rear, passed her. The car stopped a short distance away and the driver got out. He approached the victim and asked her if she knew where Southlakes High School was. As she started to answer him, he exposed himself. The victim immediately said she had to leave, turned and walked abruptly to the high school. She was not injured and the suspect did not follow her.
The suspect was described as an Asian/Pacific Islander, approximately 18 years old. He was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed approximately 170 pounds. He had short, straight, black hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a light blue baseball cap.
