Great police work for FCPD and MCPD! B. Edmonds apparently visited my neighborhood a couple of times.
A rational person would've realized the police were on to him after the traffic stop in McLean with no arrest, but Mr. Edmonds kept up his criminal activity. A possible drug problem?
