Wait for specials in the sports section of the post. Usually they run around 20-25 bucks. Just watch while they do it to be sure it is done right. Be careful of the ones with small print, they will say changing the filter is extra. Nobody in their right mind would change the oil without changing the filter.

Jiffy Lube is just fine. Just don't let them do any of the extra rip of shit they want to do. Just stick to the basics there.

geez....typical lazy fairfaxian response....let's see....$30 per oil change....average of 4 oil changes a year...over your life time of driving you'd probably save about $7680 (say if you paid for your oil changes from age 16 to age 80). plus the piece of mind knowing that you did the job right unlike some punk kid gettin paid $10 an hour to change oil at jiffy lube.

There is one on Gallows Rd, not sure where else. They do a good job without all the rip off shit that Jiffy Lube pulls and they are not as crowded. Go to their web site and print off a $5.00 discount.

do not do it yourself. 4 years ago i spilled some. Accidentally.I was charged with illigal disposal of disposable liquids. I had to plead guilty and 80 hrs comunity service.
They claimed that I contaminated 10,000 gall of water in the bay. I had collected all but a 1/4 of a cup spilled.
Just pay someone else to do it.
