The VT victim commercial Connolly ran this week was absolutely misleading. It directly relates the VA Tech shooter to the "gun show loophole" when the two had nothing to do with each other. He bought all of his guns legally from a regular gun shop.
Did Connolly propose any legislation while he was in office to require private, non-dealer purchases of firearms at gun shows to require background checks (purchases from dealers already do in case you didn't know)? If not, he should shut the fuck up and quit misleading the public with his idiotic attempts to drum up Democrat and independent voter support with the gun show dog whistle. At least tell the truth about an issue, and don't bring up issues you did absolutely nothing about while you were in office.
