Abort! There are already too many people in the world, especially unwanted children.

They should never raise the child. They need to accept that they "screwed up" - literally, and keep going with their lives so they can be great contributors to our society. If they decide to keep the child, the odds are really stacked against them. So much of their young life will be missed. So many experiences will be missed. Completing a proper education will be missed.

There are plenty of couples who can't have children, but are waiting to adopt and will provide a great home for these children.

I knew a girl in highschool who got pregnant, used drugs the whole pregnancy, and then gave the baby up for adoption. I also have a friend who had the baby and now has two children and is happily married at the age of 20 with the father of both her children, so my opinions are skewed. I doubt I would be able to live with myself if I aborted the baby, especially since there are so many adults out there who can not conceive. Any more thoughts?

I know someone that had a kid at 17, kept him, 5-6 years later married the father, she finished college, they had another kid, and they seem to be happy now and the first kid is a teenager now so it's been a while. I would be willing to say it's the exception to the rule though.

Their families are not poor but not rich or anything either so while they were supportive both with time and money it's not like they just threw wads of cash at them to pay for her kid while they did whatever the fuck like some people do, and the father took his responsibility from the beginning, even thought they did break up for a little while there. I actually have a lot of respect for the both of them.

What ever you or someone you know decides to do, it should be the potential mother's choice. Just don't have a baby to drag some poor guy down with, and eventually put a strangle hold on him with the courts and the child support system so you can get a paycheck because you want to have controll over the person you feel is responsible for your responsibilities like some crazy bitch looking for a ghetto Alimony check. Because when it comes down to it, YOU will be the one who decides wether that baby is brought into this world and YOU are responsible for it's upbringing. If by chance it takes you six months to realize you are pregnant, you might want to have the baby and then decide if you feel it is necessary to just give it up for adoption.

Adoption. There are plenty of married couples who can't and lesbian couples seeking to raise and love a child.

teenage mothers do a real service to the community as a whole. When they turn 18 (or 21) they will have a high paying job, a nice car and a career that is flexible to their schedule. Hooray and dibs to single moms - we all love you!

Pregnancy at any age is an important stage in the life of every woman. and a young girl may experience many difficulties because she does not understand what to do. I like https://thewombvaughan.ca/ and I think that here you can find specialists to help you. I'm sure you need psychological support!
