it's something chinese threw in ocean and trash - it is not "alive"

CALIFORNIA CURRENTLY has dying wildlife and a cost maintining: seaweed. germany psychos developed a seaweed that "kills french and american wealth" and seeded it into our coasts. there's a HISTORY CHANNEL episode on it - a 2 hr episode
