THEY ARE "blaming staffing saying more dei and higher pay is needed"

HOWEVER THERE ARE LAWS concerning "unionizing a critical infrastrure"

THESE LAWS INCLUDE THE IDEA that strikes will not shut down infrastructure unless wages are below MINIMUM WAGE - except at SCHEDULED TIMES (ie, yearly and scheduled)


they are trying to create a situation where they can "have a strike but claim they were not legally on strke"
