any good tattoo shops that does Japanese laser tattoo around here?
(not laser tattoo removal)

I got a tattoo while I was in Japan several months ago. They did it
with lasers and it was a totally painless procedure. Since it was only
my first tattoo, I was too chicken, so I only got one the size of a
postage stamp.... :)

I wanna get another one, but all the tattoo shops around here only do
it by needles... most of them don't even know what laser tattooing is... :(

no offense, but you shouldn't be getting a tattoo if you can't take the pain that comes with getting one with needles. it's not that painful and people who tell you otherwise probably don't even have a tattoo.
