You'd have a very difficult time successfully suing someone for slander/libel especially for things said on the internet. If you can viably show how it hurt your business/being then you may stand a chance. Or you could move to England where the laws are much more liberal (read draconian) in this regard.

Personally, I don't like it when people "speak ill" of the dead. However, I don't think calling them wormfood or making fun of the way they died is speaking ill, for these are facts. Insensitive and crude, sure. Lies? No. It seems to me that's a natural thing for people to do when faced with death, particularly the death of someone they don't know. "Need Another Seven Astronauts!" I think it took a day for that one to come along after the Challenger when I was a kid? Gilbert Gottfried's comment on Greg Giraldo was funny too, and that was literally hours after and Giraldo was probably a friend of his.

I don't really think it's nice when discussions of fisting and whatnot are involved though.

I know Sydney very well and have known her for a long time, she is one of my good friends. This is just bullshit. While this board is a fun and educational way way to exchange information, I do not like it when an "anonymous" poster posts something horrible about a person by name. That has literally zero value to anyone.

Perhaps Cary could have some type of forum rule about this type of behavior. Anonymous (non registered) can not start a thread attacking an individual by name. So something like "All Westfields girls are tramps" would be ok, but "Mary Jane Rottencrotch is a whore" would not be.

I'm being slandered too and a child victim of sex trafficking. Funny thing is forcing us into addiction is the first thing traffickers to. This way its, "Our fault" when we are sexually exploited and rewarded with drugs only after you have performed sexually. I have real problem with people judging victims of trafficking it's real easy to call a woman a whore, instead of going after traffickers that are primarily men.

I am 14 years old in this picture; I am not a prostitute I am a sexually exploited child. I ran away from home where I was bullied and even told this is what the "ugly girls" have to do! Drugged, Beaten, and told if I ran my mouth they would kill my family. And today these people are still walking free and I'm being "cyber bullied" at the age of 35 and signed up for revictimization through codependent relationships. I was trafficked from age 12-16, the worst part is I dissociated so bad memories got distorted and erased. I suffer from PTSD, panic attacks, flashbacks etc. I wonder if my traffickers suffer. I don't think so Sociopaths get high on others pain. Sick part is all the people here making light of all this are sick. We aren't in highschool anymore and calling women "Sluts" "Whores etc. should get old. But looks like all these people still haven't grown up.

Here I am a victim of sex trafficking, and look how people are talking about me on here. I am a child!!!! The people who did this to me used my broken family against me. My parents, got divorced, we lived in a trailer park. My mom yelled a lot but we were good people. I believed all the bullshit that comes along with this. I will be rich, My family will be protected from rival gangs. I get free drugs. But, basically the first pimp and madam beat me down and that's all I thought I was worth. I was sent out in her front yard in Gainesville under the influence of LSD and gang banged by 20 guys when I was 12 years old. Tim, the gorilla pimp pretended to be my boyfriend just long enough to beat me into submission and sell me for sex. I was pissed on, forced to give head to men who were shitting in a toilet, punched in the face, thrown in trunks of cars and more. I don't think this is funny and neither should any of you sexist dipshits choosing to post taunting comments on here. You people are TERRIBLE. This girl is a human being. She is a creative careing person. I am posting to say that the fact this thread even exist is just wrong. People make mistakes in life and i am sure anyone who has posted on here has there own share of problems.I think she is one of the sweetest people I know. I know she might have done things she isnt proud of but thats not her. She will be a success I have not doubt about it. I dont wiah this type of ridicule on my worse enemy. What a waste. For those that have had the pleasure to date a girl that was molested/raped as a child, it can be a helluva ride!!!
