I66 East and Monument accident 11/4 6pm

I was out walking my dog around 6 PM when I heard a loud crash at I66 and Monument Drive — no screech of brakes. Shortly after, I heard sirens and tuned into the scanners. They called for a "Red Tag," which, as I learned, indicates a fatality. It was incredibly sad. I was able to pinpoint the location of the accident and had a bird's-eye view from where I was. Pics are attached via JPG and even made low rez so not sure why they are not viewable….
