L.A. School District Bans Cellphones, Social Media. IT WAS CLINTON DEMS WHO protected cellphone in school for China

THE CLINTONS DID THIS purely to help CHINA and allow the rich to flaunt they spent $1,000 a month on cell & tv while others couldn't afford basic cable. kids who continually broke things walked around with phones more expensive than "a new field mechanic had in tools to support himself to live"

it was called dress code, and expensive calculators weren't allowed since they might be stolen AND not allowed unless a teacher "asked they be brought to class for a particular lesson"
