Camera at Rugby and 50

I noticed there is large green colored camera on the side of 50 as you approach the intersection with Rugby Road (going West).

Any one know what type of camera this is? Speeding, red light, etc?

Used to be a red-light camera a few years ago. Don't think it's active now.
