I Dont know much about this but i need to issue a restraining order against a female. . i live in Fairfax County and she lives in Loudoun County. . I always Run into her in both counties. She has threatened to kill me several times by word of mouth. . I am very stressed out and would like some peace of mind, if anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Go to a shop and get yourself some protection.

Make a recording of her threatening you, if you can.

Drive down the courthouse, and tell the clerk at the counter that you need to file a protective order.

you need to go to the local jurisdiction for where you are being threatned in. report it to the police and a magistrate will sign a temporary protective order and get the process rolling for the judical system, for which u both will appear before a judge and decides the conditions and duration.

You people as usual aren't answering her question. She said she wanted to issue one herself, not an official court-issued one. Does someone have something she can print, write the other girl's name in crayon in the blank, and hand it to her the next time she sees her?

Yeah, just draw the county seal at the top of the letter, then write: "Your visitation rights have been revoked, so please, pretty please leave me alone already!!! Okkkkay!? Signed: Can't touch this!, Issued by: Yo Momma, United States Magistrate Judge". For even more of a legal effect, add the PD logo at the bottom, and write: "Enforceable by: Officer Murphy". Even the baddest bitch knows not to fuck with Robocop.

It must all be written in legal black, but the emphasis at "Pretty Please" can be noted in red crayon. Be certain to tape it to her front door, knock really hard to announce its issuance, then run. It's best if you do it just before dawn, when most folks are still asleep, or they're dead tired out of their minds (Such as me).

I place a vote for skipping the protective order and killing her before she gets you first. There are plenty of places to dump a body where they'd never find her, let us know what you decide in the end...

Also, start lifting some weights, 100+lbs. of dead weight might be too heavy for you to carry seeing as how you are such a bitch.

You aren't going to get a protection order unless she is family. Call the cops and get things going that way.

Or, leave her husband alone and see if that will work.

it's not called a restraining order any more. that was an out of court warning that you would be in court explaining if you didn't have good reasons for not following a court order.

women in (fx co) were i think reproducing them faster than illegitimate children because they were issued without any providence and arrived in mail.
