Advice on lawn mower repair

Initially I tried replacing the spark plug but no go, any other suggestions? Also, if all else fails is there a repair shop in the Fairfax area you can recommend?

use a socket wrench, they work well or throw it out and buy a new one or... hire a lawn service so you dont have f with the grass no more

The Virginia Power Equipment people on 29 between Nutley and Prosperity are awesome. I've had them overhaul several power tools and generators. They do good work and seem fairly priced.
