Electronic "billboard" advertises new fines -

On 7100 Northbound yesterday, did anyone else catch the electronic "billboard" that served as notice to motorists about the new fines, encouraging motorists to look them up.

This was up near Franklin Farms. I guess they just wanted you to know :skep:

i hope a trucker looses control and plows into the "billboard" then suddly gains control again and drives away to never be caught..

Is this their way of rubbing it in our face? They set up an expensive billboard payed for by our tax dollars to taunt us about how much more money they're going to suck out of us. Makes me sick.

The "billboard" is one of those electronic trailers that one can change the message to what they like.

This particular one is owned by the county, and wears FCPD regalia.

yes.. we should all order waterproof vinyl adhesive paper - span the message across a few sheets... have it in our trunks incase we ever see one of the signs.. then slap it on!!

YOu can rent one at any rental shop. (i belive the prior VA governor did this to advertise his campaign- it was back in 2000)
