Assuming you can afford to live there ( I cannot!), is this area the best place to live in FFX County?

If you include Great Falls next door. Probably yes.

If it is convenient to one's work and it's affordable, then the answer is yes.

However, it has no metro and limited bus service. One also has to "fit in" with the image of McLean or Great Falls. No uniqueness is allowed.

Great Falls is nice, McLean kinda sucks in a lot of areas.
