Anyone know what's going on outside of Circle Towers Tower 3? Cops, Ambulance, and fire truck are all here

OK it was me...yes, i was bar "B" queing my pet goat which used to live on my balcony. Times are tough and we had to marinate old Billy. After the fire the meat was alittle tough but quite tasty
