Accident at Old Keene Mill at I-95 Ramps

At 3:30 PM on Friday, 8/20, there were about eight Fairfax County police cars that were stopped on 644 (Old Keene Mill Rd). I couldn't tell if a small car had been forced off the road/ or had crashed into the huge concrete barrier.

Does anyone know what happened?


BTW, there were no helicopters flying over.

Another innocent forced off the road by a Krispy Kreme truck. Damn them!!!!!!!

You sure it wasn't HOV enforcement? Police will sometimes sit at the end of the ramp from southbound HOV onto Old Keene Mill, handing out tickets to drivers with less than 3 people in their cars.
