CORRUPT LOCAL JUDGE accepts excuses of "employees" (past criminal record unqualified person) and fines the care center only $10,000.

Judges are OFTEN involved in care centers - on the profit side.

Infact some have been jailed by being PROVEN directly involved, which is difficult to do but WORTH IT.
