Serial Rapist on the loose. Va.,Md.,Conn.,R.I.

Law inforcement agencies are searching for a serial rapist that has struck in four states. Crimes occurred between 1997-2009. Link has been made though D.N.A. Many in Fairfax Co.

That's the East Coast Rapist. The Washington Post had a long front page article about him this past winter or spring.
