I think Inside Edition or some program like that did a profile on the guy. He lives in an older neighborhood in Oklahoma City and he got fed up with the prostitution going on in his neighborhood and started taping Johns in an effort to scare them away. In fact, he broke up a fight between a pimp and a prostitute once. Not sure what motivates the guy, but his obsession with following hookers around like this makes me think he is getting off on it when no one is around.
