I love the fois gras seared lobes that are used as a garnish at Ray's. Where can I buy a large portion to cook myself as an entree?

Someone once claimed that Wegman's has it. Truth?

Never even knew that pace existed and I live right down the street. Menu looks awsome as well as the atmospher. I like the idea of a waterfall bar. How is everything else on the menu?

This was one of the great meals of our lives. The staff was extremely attentive and professional. They went to great lengths to take care of us and honor special requests.

Their beef dishes are juicy and well caramelized. I liked the swordfish I had and the rest of the meal was great too. They use really high-quality ingredients. The desserts are decadent, but well balanced. They also put a fresh baguette in your arms on your way out the door.

It's not that great. I can cook a better steak on my grill at home.
