STD Scare?

So I’m a little concerned. I’ve been seeing this girl for a little while. We’re just keeping things casual. I know she sees other people and I’m free to, but currently I’m not.

She just told me she had sex with a guy on two days in a row. We went out last night and had unprotected sex. This would have been the third day. He just told her today he found out he had herpes sores he thought were pimples.
