I can't say I travel on that stretch of 95 a lot, so maybe someone with experience can chime in.

It's 9 God Damn o'clock and 95 south is STILL backed up. What in the living hell is the problem with that piece of trash road? Seriously.. 9pm backup?

Is this business as usual?

The past 4 weeks it has been like this. No accidents, just congestion from Potomac Mills to Stafford, and then fredericksburg to Doswell. average speed 25 mph. The whole way. I have made the drive on weekdays and weekends. I dont fucking understand it.

I've been on I-95 North, and it started filling up with traffic and road-rage at 3 AM.
