Hi all! I have ordered from MorningSave many times and for the most part, have never had a problem with any of their items. However, one time the item I received was obviously defective. I contacted morningsave customer service spoke to their representative and he asked me to send a photo of the product to make sure that the product is not working. After that, I received a new one, the same product, but in full working order.
