Does anybody have information on the murderer on the loose here in Northern Virginia? I don't know if what I've heard is true, but supposedly he's racist killing African Americans and he's now in the Leesburg area. Anyone else heard about this or can clear up what I've heard?

Yep, he's stabbed multiple people in Leesburg, and most of his victims are black.

If by "immediate rescue" you mean after the guy finishes beating the decoy to ensure that he is, in fact, the killer then yes, you're absolutely correct...

I think it would be very cool if someone who was attached, actaully did beat the guy senseless, then call the police. I mean this is a classic case of the police NOT beaing able to "protect" the citizens.

To convince someone to be a decoy, you got to promise them an "immediate rescue" to come to their aid. Nobody wants to hear that bullshit that help is/will be "coming" or "on the way" Hell alot can happen in a minute time or few seconds.
