Sometimes the attacker strikes up a conversation, sometimes he strikes with no warning.

On Monday Police in Virginia and Michigan announced that they believe that attacks that occured in Leesburg, Virginia are linked to the same man attacking and killing black men in the Flint area. Authorities have not indicated an evidentiary link but believe the cases are linked because of the suspect's description.

Leesburg Police Chief Joseph R. Price stated that he believes the suspected serial killer was responsible for two stabbings and a hammer attack in his town.

The suspect has now been linked to a 1995-2000 dark green Chevy S-10 blazer with tan trim that may have grapefruit sized dents in the hood.

Authorities have a timeline that has the suspect's first attack in Flint, May 24 and ending August 2nd. A day later the first attack occured in Virginia.

The first Virginia attack was upon a 15 year old boy as he jogged down the street. The attacker stabbed him in the back.

Two days later a 67 year old man was stabbed in the back while sitting on the steps to his apartment complex. On Friday, a 19 year old was attacked with a hammer while walking through a shopping center parking lot.
