Add Republic to the list of substandard trash removal companies. Not sure what the issue is in NoVA with trash companies. I've heard that they are having a driver shortage like the teacher, lifeguard, and cashier shortages. People seem to have given up on the idea of working for income.

Thanks to a rash of delivery thefts in my neighborhood the streets are now well monitored by home security cameras. If you tried that in this neighborhood, we would be papering your house with lawsuits within a week.
