Great job by Mr. Spewak to now take back his health with a 90 lb weight loss and no alcohol...but

Potentially bad medical news from his recent blood test.

High levels of creatinine in the blood can be a sign that the kidneys are not filtering the blood effectively. Having high levels of creatinine is not life threatening, but it may indicate a serious health issue, such as chronic kidney disease...to go along with his liver issue as a result of decades of alcohol "overindulgence"

Mr. Spewak is also diabetic.
