Reckless Driver who Killed the Oakton High School Girls

Is there any reason why the suspect (i.e. driver) has not been revealed. He is 18. He was driving the car. He was speeding. He hit the SUV. He killed the girls. I think the public should know who he is. What his name is. And where he resides.

It's super easy to figure out his identity. He hasn't been officially charged yet so no release. The last kid who was charged with vehicular manslaughter in March was just recently charged.

Sure we in society love to regulate cars, but yet same results still happen, regulations don't do nothing, no matter how strenuous the mental test, some people can fool those examiners in matter of minutes, we are devolving as a species

OMG is the Oakton yearbook still called Paragon? I graduated from OHS 30+ years ago. We thought it was a stupid name for the yearbook even then.
