Going camping with bf in a few days. What are good spots between McClean and Virginia beach? Preferably primitive

Is McClean near McLean? Also, you can camp out at Gerrys bathhouse in Annandale. Thilly Thavage will be there and he is primitive .

You can just show up but you might have to wait awhile for General Mahdi and his entourage to be serviced.
