Bill Clinton opened hell's gates (a quadrillion dollars spending roughtly from then to today - policy is still in place)
Bill Clinto law: "every black school must have exactly equal funding as any white school"
it was a terrible law - democrats clapped because it meant "jobs on debt short term" building schools - not caring about their children's FINANCIAL FUTURE going up in flames

Texas's respone to Bill Clinton was more or less "go to hell".
Texas believed families that worked for a living should have the right to decide to pay taxes with their money or not (OR NOT - OR MOVE TO AN AREA WITH LOWER TAXES), and the rich had the right to send their kids to whatever school their hard earned money was chosen to pay for.
That government "didn't owe you billions of dollars of high class schools" that SUPPORT MOSTLY ILLEGAL ALIENS AND NIGGERS FOR EMPLOYMENT
That all government "owed you", at most, was being out of the rain and books not so old they couldn't be read, and a hair.
And I'll add: schooling was for working families that picked fields and worked in factories while kids were in school, and or for the rich: schooling did not become law so hispanics and niggers could get 3 free meals a day

Everyone in America has the power to decide where their kids are taught, if they can afford it. Nobody in America should have the right to force others to subsidize their school choice.
Public schools are available to everyone who lives in the community. That is why our tax dollars subsidize them. Other arrangements, whether voucers or credits are simply having taxpayers subsidize a school choice option that is not available to everyone. Given the choice between subsidizing school choice and cutting taxes on residents, I would take the latter.
