I just read an article where they've applied to redevelop the Pan Am shopping center into a "mixed use" property.

Everything government approves, turns to sh!t.

We don’t know if we will still do our thing on the median strips there. Gotta work it out with our John who drops us off and picks us up and takes a cut of the money you dolts give us. Anything helps. Please help. Homeless.
