the wonders of google have taught me that a non-toxic (cough, less toxic) anti-freeze is sometimes put in foods
Ethylene glycol is known as poisonous (but Canada has accused china of putting in in children's cough syrup - 60 Minutes report)
Propylene Glycol - is, according to europe, "food safe and ok to put in food in place of the real ingredients"
perhaps i got egg which was cut with glycol ?

anyway - as i said - i nearly broke the dish microwaving it too long. it was not normal i threw the rest out
as i said - i'm using to it cooking QUICKLY and it sticking to the dish. i'm positive that's how eggs are i'm "old enough to know how eggs cook", and they go from "runny to overcooked" QUICKLY and stick to pans. everyone knows that
