ok it's illegal Fairfax County will stop

PLEASE - DON'T BE STUPID - i've been at the gov center:

1) 75% workers not at work offices empty

2) hispanic and asian workers threatenign each other with murder if "their area doesn't get cash" while the Quest money man arrives with money bags

Quest "armored van service" is run by mexico - not a usa company
