Public hearing and Council action on a request from Cooley LLC, applicant, for a Special Use Permit pursuant to City Code Section 110-3.3.1.B to allow an animal care facility in the CR Commercial Retail Zoning District and Architectural Control Overlay District, for consideration of a Special Exception pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.17 to modify the distance requirement of an animal care facility from the nearest residential use as required by Section 110-3.5.3 on the premises known as 11035,11037 and 11039 Lee Hwy, and more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel 57-1-02-132A.
Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance permanently vacating, discontinuing, and closing a portion of City public rights-of-way (part of Cedar Avenue and Walnut Street).
Public hearing and Council action on a request from Pulte Home Company, LLC, applicant, by Walsh Colucci Lubeley & Walsh, P.C., agent/attorney, for consideration of a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.4 and Section 110-6.6, from RH Residential High, RMF Multifamily and CR Commercial Retail to PD-M Planned Development-Mixed Use while retaining the Architectural Control Overlay District (ACOD), and approval of a Master Development Plan with modifications and commitments, pursuant to Section 110-3.8 (Planned Development Districts); to allow the development of townhouses and multifamily, and a future commercial development phase; and for a Major Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.5 for architecture and landscaping on the premises known as "Breezeway Motel" and identified as 10807 Cedar Avenue (Tax Map 57-1-14-055-A), 10829 Fairfax Boulevard (Tax Map 57-1-14-043), 3930 Oak Street (Tax Map 57-1-14-077-A), 3932 Oak Street (Tax Map 57-1-14-076-A), 3934 Oak Street (Tax Map 57-1-14-075-A), and 3937 Walnut Street (Tax Map 57-1-14-083).
