How is David Bernhard as hiring a lawyer?

I got a DUI charge for having BAC level 0.1.
Just curious about a lawyer name David Bernhard.
He is way cheaper that all of the other DUI attorney.
Anyone used him before?

There are two truly great DUI lawyers. Mr. Sris of the SRIS law firm and Jimmy Freeman. Forget the others.

Either one will charge you $3000 but you'll walk.

He's good. Solid and knowledgeable. He does not schmooze as well as other attorneys, but he works hard. The schmoozing is important. Whether you admit it or not, you know you like a schmoozer.

No, I am not David Bernhard. But as a fellow attorney, I can tell you he is highly intelligent and effective, and respected by every prosecutor and every judge.

I've seen Mr. Bernhard work wonders. He's dreamy. He is the attorney who worked his magic last year when all the DWIs were being thrown out on technicalities. And don't forget the dreamy part.

I heard about David Bernhard story, but I was not sure whether he is a good lawyer.
Because he seems way cheaper than other lawyers out in Fairfax.
Some people were saying you get what you pay.
So, is David Bernhard a good lawyer to hire?

Anyone who will guarantee "you'll walk": walk right out his door! Unless he's the judge, no lawyer can be sure of such a claim. And, where you have your case (which court) is just as important as who your lawyer is. Trust me, you want someone who has practiced in the courthouse more than 5 years, and someone who knows and applies the law, and who is willing to fight for you. David Bernhard fits the bill.

Yeah. David Bernhard is the lawyer who started a private list serve for the defense attorneys in Virginia, and it now has a following throughout the state, updating lawyers about changes in the law. Within 2 hours of the US Supreme Court announcing a landmark decision, Bernhard was quoting it in Court, and won his case.

Yes. Smart witty guy and knows what is and isn't easily proven in court and seems to understand schemes of of his opponents -- a step ahead -- always wearing his thinking cap and understands the Law.
He is also biliungual (Spanish).

David Bernhard is an intelligent, well-respected attorney! I would recommend him if you need an attorney. He gave me the attention that my case needed and I must say - he is an amazing person all around.
