Active participation includes, but is not limited to, fundraising; demonstrating or rallying; recruiting, training, organizing, or leading members; distributing material (including posting online); knowingly wearing gang colors or clothing; having tattoos or body markings associated with such gangs or organizations; or otherwise engaging in activities in furtherance of the objective of such gangs or organizations that are detrimental to good order, discipline, or mission accomplishment or are incompatible with military service.

George Washington (first a private business worker, then military) ... When Congress created problems it was GW who would have to lead young white boys to be killed in battle due to those problems - which he often reminded Congress of.

He didn't like the two party system and tried to make it illegal.

He didn't like any "business done outside of Congressions rooms" and pay-for-play was certainly illegal a the time.

BUT G.W. NEVER would have signed to "firing soldiers based on how they voted in an election"

ON THE OTHER HAND - IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR POLITICIANS TO USE MILITARY TO GUARD THE POST (their place of business) since that made them military dictators. Yet democrats have politicians with offices in Police stations and Xiden Biden has a BALTIMORE NAT GUARD surrounding the Capitol

Would G.W. agree that any opponents of some spending vote in congress be subject to removal from the military? Due soley on their opinions?

the difference between "refusing to promote" (quota promoting arguments) and FIRING THOSE WITH GOOD RECORDS loyal to USA not china, is a big one

but the difference between "having a military" and "creating a foreign allegience military dictatorship inside USA" is also: a very big one

OBAMA - hired foreign military agents who still had technical allegience / membership to foreign militaries (who had been members of)

the Historical term for that is MERCENARY and they aren't to be trusted nor to be permanent hisotrically

Yes, this conflict was terrible. The use of the US army did not give the protesters any chance.
