Responsible dog owners need to unite against irresponsible dog owners!

If you purchase/adopt a dog, train it! Proper training will yield years of enjoyment for you, the pet, family and neighbors.

Train your dog to walk with you, not bouncing around wildly, jumping on people and in other people's yards, bushes, flowers. Rude! If you can't handle or train a dog, don't get one.

Clean up after your dog!! Rude! With security cameras, you're seen whether or not you think you're seen. Dog poop is becoming a true problem in FX. Disgusting!

Don't leave poop bags around public parks or, worse. your neighbors front yard. Rude! It's incredibly rude, and such dog owners already know this.

Take your dog poop home, don't throw it in your neighbor's trash! Rude!

Don't let your dog bark all day in a yard, or worse a condo/townhouse. Rude!

If you can't monitor and take care of your dog, don't get a dog or any other pet!

Too many dog owners are giving responsible dog owners a bad name. Grow up people.

My dog's kicked ass on every cat he's come across. Pussy hat wearing cucko cat owners pick up their kitties & run when they see me & my dog coming. And I keep my dog on a leash, in compliance with all local laws, rules, regulations & ordinances.

I have witnessed plenty of highly questionable conduct by people who no doubt considered themselves to be responsible dog owners.

I've witnessed plenty of wives of libcucko cat owners put the cat in the closet before we burned up the bedsheets cause she can't stand her "husband's " damn cat, either. Husband gets on his pussy hat, puts them on the kids & takes them to the march. I pull up when he leaves, go inside. Wife puts cat in closet, we drop trou and burn up the bedsheets, have a drink & I go. Husband comes back from march, expects "reward sex" for his virtue signaling day. Wife tells him "not tonight, dear, you know the only reason I didn't go tothe march was Ididn't feel good. I still don't feel good. Maybe another time, dear."

But I think this comment gets straight to the OP's point that people are understandably fed up with selfish dog owners and it ruins it for the rest of us. I also think there are more selfish dog owners around here, mainly because of transplants, than elsewhere too.

Mere entry onto someone else's land isn't a criminal offence. Virginia still recognizes the open fields doctrine. It has since colonial times. If your wife was, as you claim, an expensive lawyer, then she ought to know this. Plus good luck getting Descano's office to prosecute this.
