the CLINTON REGIME called anything in any PRIVATE EMAIL a "red flag" if it expressed views contrary to THE CLINTON REGIME

RED FLAGS WERE NOT BY LAW - they were purely by political policy, "derived fears" concocted by the clinton regime

why red flag? Netscape (previously Mosaic when college owned) - the web browser the clintons helped MICROSOFT steal, used red flags to "Mark" emails, probably. NOTE THE CLINTONS shut down all private email servers in the USA - divying the busines to MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, COX Cable.

(much like Pelosi ARRESTINMG PARENTS for a child who clicked "like" on a facebook page after ejecting the child from school - for a "like" that many conservatives would agree was "ok to like". this isn't a supposed case it really happened.)
