Never been arrested. I feel there is a great chance it will happen soon,for what I don't know. I want to prepare myself for that great moment of enlightenment. I think you can get arrested in FFX for damn near anything. It seem like a lot of FFUer had frequent encounters with the long arm of the FCPD and have enjoyed that blissful feeling of being arrested. I yearn to join the long ranks of "arrestees". Need some arrestee do's and don'ts.

Most cops are pussies and will easily back down and show you respect if you become verbally aggressive toward them and make threatening gestures.

And if they do arrest you, if you kick windows of the squad car, they sometimes reconsider and turn you loose on the spot.

Make sure to put your hand up and tell them before they say anything to you that you will be reporting them to their supervisor and calling your lawyer. Only THEN say "What is the trouble today, officer?" It's like petting the kitty cat with them after that.

if you get arrested:
(1)DO NOT openly talk about your crime.. You are going to jail anyway, so just indicate to the cop that you have nothing to say and that you will talk to your lawyer... Start thinking about how you will get bail...
(2) Be careful what other things you say to the cop.. If you say too much or are too resistant, you could get hit with an "obstruction of justice" charge or resisting arrest charge
(3) DO NOT DO NOT put your hands on the officer. Do not push, brush against, or hit him or you will get hit with "assaulting a police officer" charge..and he will then either tase you or beat the shit outta you (with the help of some of his cop pals)..Also, that will just be another charge that you will have to beat in court..and it will greatly decrease the likelihood that you will get bail

Just sit back and enjoy the ride to jail and start thinking about who will post your bail for you.

Once you get to the ADC, you will sit in the general holding area (with robbers, murderers, rapists, drug addicts, drunks, theives, etc) for 10-15 hours. You will be fed bologna sandwiches and small milk (get used to that meal...its all you will get during your stay at the ADC). Do not say you feel suicidal or want to kill someone else. They will take you to one of the A-floor cells which are about the size of a small closet in your house...and they will keep you there for about 2 weeks.. OR if you are convincing in your suicide threat, they will strap you in the iron chair for about 8 hours...bottom line: DONT say anything about suicide or depression during your ADC "in-processing". DO NOT confront any of the jailhouse deputies. If you think the f'fax county police will give you a beatdown, the Deps will give you an asskicking you wont soon forget..and they will do it "en mass"...Once you get your final cell assignment, try to avoid being located on the B-floor (unless you want 11 of your closest MS-13 buddies as cell mates.. The B floor is where they put the wetback gang bangers who are ok with being in a cellblock that is designed for 6 inmates, but holds 12 inmates and has 1 toilet and no airconditioning. When they tried to put me in a B floor cell, I refused to go and got sent to solitary confinement cell on the A floor for 3 weeks.. I was fine with that..I got my own cell and didnt have to contend with Pepe and the boys..

Anyway, depending on the length of your stay, you may want to try to get in as many "programs" as you can.. Become a christian real fast and apply to go to friday evening bible study and saturday afternoon Mass. You can also get Tuesday morning one-on-one bible study with guys who come into the jail on Tuesdays.. Also, if you dont have your high school diploma, sign up for the GED program.. this will get you out of the cell block 3 days a week.. You want to be in the cell block as little as possible. The less time you are in there, the less chance that you will get in a conflict with some other fucker in there..

My overall advice: DONT commit a crime.. DONT get arrested but, if you do, Lawyer the fuck up and do every thing you can to fight your charges.. Once f'fax charges you, they will try to bury you.

If you see a police officer approaching you, reach for your wallet as quickly as possible, then hold it straight out in front of you in his direction so he can check your ID. If you're in a car, make sure you dig around in your glove box/center console for your registration before they get to the window. Cops only wait for DONUT, and you'll make them angry if you aren't prepared.

Also, a good gift for a police officer to show your appreciation for all of their hard work is a chocolate revolver. They're pretty busy, though, so you'll have to run up and give it to them really fast.

Another suggestion: cops really enjoy having their reflexes tested, so a good way to oblige them is to try to snag their gun or their car keys when they're not looking. If you manage to get either, the cop will likely thank you for making him "think on his toes" and let you off with a card to call the police academy to assist in officer training.

Ask them what pepper spray tastes like.

just drink inside a bar in fairfax and the police will be happy to give you a drunk in public charge.

Don't even fail to mention the jailbreak scenario. If you can manage to escape your cell and step through the front door of the jail, then you're considered a free man.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you have spent time in jail ;-) I remember spending Christmas in jail in FFC when I was 19....Nothing like calling your dad to bail you out of jail on Christmas! 2K to a lawyer later and a felony dropped to a misdemeanor...priceless....Wish I could laugh....
