The mexicans were never in Herndon before, someone over nighted them in a few years ago and they stayed.
If you want a real puzzle find out when you buy tires for your car at 60.00 each and by the time they get put on your car the amount averages out to 125.00 a tire.

In case you never noticed, when you walk out of a tire place they don't make you dispose of your old tires. You pay a fee for that, because to legally dispose of tires you have to go through a process that costs money. So that's one reason. Then there is the fact that tire installation isn't something most people can do in a driveway. So you have to pay someone for their special equipment and labor.

A "accident" did happen in Reston. The book "The Hot Zone" chronicled it nicely (although it has been many years since I read it). The building was eventually "demolished" and the site later became a day care facility (no shit!) of some sort. The address was 1946 Issac Newton Square.

When people realized this was the same building, the Child Care Center shut down and the building was leveled and mad a parking lot. Below is link to where it was on Isaac Newton Square South. It was between that and Sunset Hills Road. The location was just under the "aa" in Isaac. I have center the map below as best as possible.

Ooops lost my password again but this is the real Trickie. One answer to your question about the wooden structure on 237 and Arlington Blvd.if I am thinking of the same place - that's a wooden gazebo that shows that it is Gatewy Park in Fairfax City. I run past there early in the morning and it scares me cause I see homeless people sleeping there. If you go inside there are maps to trails across the county.
