I heard a bit of the LaVar and Dukes show the other day and was sucked in by how amazingly awful it was. First they are talking to some guy who plays for DC United and it is painfully obvious neither Chad nor LaVar know anything about socer, which is bad, but if you are armed with good questions, you can keep the conversation moving. The probelm was they had no follow up questions, so it sounded like they were just reading the questions one after another, no heart or effort put into it. Then LaVar asks the same question Chad had just asked two seconds before, which makes it even more obvious they are just reading prepared questions. LaVar pauses and there is silence..."did you just ask about that?" Chad: "Yeh" LaVar "Oh, ok....duh......"
If they aren't bashing the Redskins, or climbing up RG3's ass, they have no show....pitiful.

It is pathetic to hear them attempt to talk anything but the Redskins. You blab about sports everyday for money and you can't trouble yourself to be familiar with the other DC sports teams? Is it too hard to read some DCU game recaps? To know anything about baseball?
This is why Danny and Holden should get a prime slot, those two realize there are other teams here and can discuss them with some level of intelligence. Hearing Lavar struggle to read questions then have absolutely no ability to come up with a follow up building on the response is just sad.

This is a good time for DC sports. The Nats are burning up MLB, the Caps have been very good for the last few years, DC United seems to be back to their wining ways, the Kastles have 30 game winning streak going, and all LaVar can talk about is the third dtring linebacker from Penn State who may or may not make the club. Dukes is just there to help move things along, which he pretty much stopped doing 6 months ago.
The prime drive time slot is wasted on these two. Danny and Holden should have their slot, and yu can give LaVar and Dukes the late slot, which will get pre-empted by Nats and Caps most of the time.

Ok as much as I hate navigating 106.7 the Fan's site I wanted to hear this clip bad enough to suffer through it. Fortunately it is a relatively recent one(last Thursday) so it was easy to find. It is every bit as bad as LAD made it out to be. Start listening around the 4:00 minute mark if you are interested. At about the 5:10 mark LaVar asks the same question and.....just listen.

The "Chad is gay" posters are not everybody, and most of us who post here DO have constructive feedback to offer. TheNorthman is right, get a thicker skin and learn to look for the true feedback as opposed to the vitriol.
However, it would seem that any feedback you brought to RTH was subsequently shot down by the enraged Chad on BOAD. I have no faith anymore that you have any input into the structure of the show. You seem to be completely disregarded and belittled by Chad. Example: the legitimate concern that fans of the show don't care about Dick Smokehand, Big Rig, Drunk Blaine, etc. turns into Chad bitterly saying statements like this, ad nauseum, on the show: "Dan Creasy went to a concert and...oh wait! I haven't really weighed in on the chad is gay bit, but it IS weird.
He enjoys the fukerton, but as long as its done to a chick I don't think it's gay.
But whats weird is he LOVES that, but when talking about 50 shades of grey he seems disgusted by the fact that theres a chick who gets anal sex. Like zomg who would do such a thing as use their penis on a girls asshole? How can you like one but be so against the other.
He hates hearing about guy on girl sex but loves sven's escapades. Didn't he shove a watch in his ass? Not saying it proves anything, but I think the VAST majority of my straight friends would not do that.

You can thank chad for the lack of legitimate feedback with how he acted when you actually did a good show. He has no interest in what anyone thinks or what anyone else besides himself wants which is why hell never be on radio again with BOAD.
Frankly there just isnt anything else to talk about besides him being in the closet or his FB terrorist attacks. No one would care if hes gay (besides his wife) but it just goes with his hypocritical personality. And you should lighten up its joking around, if gays want to be treated equally that includes getting ripped on just like what happens with every other person of every sexuality. No special treatment.
But really at this point the fact this thread is even still going is amazing, pretty much everyone has stopped caring about the show at this point with how its gone and chads temper tantrum was the nail in the coffin for those that were holding out hope

Honestly I thought the hideout was a better show than Big O and Dukes. I use to be on NSZ and I followed them religiously when they first came out because their 2007 shows were pretty good. The issue is that they will never be sucessful as long as they keep people around them are not worth a pot to piss in or a window to toss it out of.
The main issue here is that I use to think Chad was a cool dude. I tried to talk to him on the forums and such and I created a fourm asking if people thought terminator 3 was necessary. He blocked me, banned me called me names and everything. From that point on I vowed that that dude or that show would not get an ounce of support from me ever.
The funny thing is he always speaks like people hate on him and say horrible things as if he is innocent. He has said hurtful things and alot of the times dick move quotes that would land anyone in the real world an opportuntiy to be alone. People are scared of him. OP here. Northman's intepretation is correct. What I was trying to convey is the sentiment that Chad thinks he is a big dick celebrity, but his standing in the radio world is tenuous at best. Basically, his ego is writing checks his ass can't cash. I did not want to convey that I thought he had a multimillion dollar contract and was an ACTUAL celebrity. In that case, I would be most deservedly be a moron.
