Are there new resources now? Like in Dc? Mostly looking for cartridges and I have kids so not interested in growing (but that said, how do you get seeds?)

I saw a random sign on the road in Fairfax that advertised a $99 “consult” with a qualified physician in cannabis therapy. I assume you also get something with this consultation. Is this legal now?

Get the medical card and go to MD / WVA to get your bud. Best place I've found so far is Illinois. They have clean well staffed stores that vend A#1 product. Google New Era--- https://nueracannabis.com/
