The family has owned the property forever, its not a scam. It was a dairy farm until 1990 when the old man died 90+ years old. It amazes me that the family has not sold out even through the housing boom and were more than likely offered huge amounts of money for the property. Good for them! It would be cool if they turned it back into a working farm
