Klansman Northam endorses Carpet Bagger McAuliffe

Klansman endorses Carpet Bagger.

Not long ago Governor Northam said it was time for the old (White) guard in Richmond to stand aside for the next generation to take over the Democrat party. It also wasn’t long ago when Terry McAuliffe said Governor Northam should step down from the Governorship when a picture of Ralph Northam surfaced with him wearing a KKK robe and hood. When the scandal surfaced “McAuliffe called Northam’s actions ‘racist, unacceptable & inexcusable”.

So it was something of a surprise when “two “newly minted woke” old white guys make a deal to cling to power for ANOTHER 4YRS – pushing a new generation of Dem leaders aside.” Northam endorsed McAuliffe for Governor and McAuliffe accepted his endorsement.

OP should not confuse the virtue signal with the real world. Sure we get on board and demand the resignations of "terrible racist white people" but we are all buds and just fucking around for the benefit of the woke libtards that need the signals. We don't really do any of that shit or care about the coloreds beyond votes.

Chinese businessman Wang Wenliang and his company, have made prominent donations to the Clinton Foundation and the McAuliffe campaign and in exchange, both the Clintons and McAuliffe gave prominent support to business ventures backed by the organization. These allegations come from a politician with as checkered a history as McAuliffe.

“There is no name in politics more synonymous with corruption than McAuliffe,” said Diana Banister, Executive Director of Citizens for the Republic. “These allegations of foreign national donations are obvious have occurred time and time again including during the Clinton Administration. Another Clinton Administration would be more of the same by their friend Terry.”

The new allegations come months after McAuliffe was caught on tape trying to bribe a state senator. His reputation in the 90’s for arranging deals for Bill and Hillary Clinton is well-documented including a move that enabled a donation for the Clintons to buy their house in New York, selling access to the Lincoln bedroom in the White House, the cattle futures scheme the results in huge dividends for Mrs. Clinton and the Whitewater situation.

“Wherever McAuliffe and the Clintons go, corruption undoubtedly follows,” said Banister.

Former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who is vying for his old job, refused to answer questions about accepting Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s endorsement after calling on him to resign in the wake of his 2019 blackface scandal.

Video footage making the rounds online shows McAuliffe at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport returning from a weekend in Nantucket.

A young man filming the former governor with his phone asks McAuliffe who he met with in Nantucket.

"Were you meeting with the Clintons?" he asks.

"Nah, I don’t know where they were this weekend to be honest with you," McAuliffe says, as he was followed down to the baggage claim area while being recorded.

"Were you fundraising in Nantucket?" asks one man.

"Why did you accept Northam’s endorsement after calling on him to resign?" another asks, illiciting no response from McAuliffe.

Terry McAuliffe is Embracing "Defund the Police" Extremists

Violent crime is a real problem – Virginia’s murder rate is at a 20-year high. Terry McAuliffe’s pro-criminal policies will make Virginians less safe and cause even more chaos. He’s refusing to meet with law enforcement and even embracing extreme groups that want to defund the police.

One year since Democrats take full control of Virginia the Homicide rate skyrockets. Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis also said in a press conference that homicides are surging in the county this year.

Last week, Police said the double killing in the county marked the 16th and 17th homicides of the year in Fairfax County. There were six reported homicides at this time last year in the county.

That's a 283% increase since Dems took over

Former Governor Douglas Wilder issued the following statement, in which he severely criticized his fellow Democrat Terry McAuliffe:
The People Deserve Answers

As I related to WRVA’s Jeff Katz in a recent interview, I have been the beneficiary of much that has been done to eliminate the effects of racism in our state and nation.

Sacrifices beyond compare and description were made by those, mostly unnamed, unknown, regardless of race, to promote equality of opportunity and enhance possibilities.

The statewide election this year in Virginia presents questions which require answers from those seeking to lead.

Two years ago, Terry McAuliffe called for all three persons occupying the offices of Governor, Lt. Governor, and Atty. General to resign.

Governor Northam had been shown pictured in his school’s yearbook in “blackface” and subsequent revelations by A.G. Mark Herring acknowledged appearing in “blackface” in 1985.

The media ran the story of two women accusing Lt. Gov. Fairfax of sexual assault, denied by Fairfax, but former Governor, McAuliffe, within minutes thereafter, proclaimed the accusations to be credible.

Today, McAuliffe is asking people to vote for that A.G. who served as his attorney general, and seeks the continuing support of Northam.

No reasons have been given to the voters as to Terry’s change of mind.

Nor has any reason been made why McAuliffe felt compelled to violate Virginia’s long standing precedent by choosing to run again, against persons who had far more experience than he, as he had never held elected office of any kind when he ran.

All of the candidates he opposed except one, were Black, including two women, whom he felt not qualified to be given the chance that he had been given.

At last report, Northam has withdrawn his apology for “blackface.”

Is what Northam and Herring did…alright by any standard?

Is McAuliffe going to tell the voters of the “credible” evidence that he has relative to Fairfax?

Or does this suggest that if you’re a Black person in Virginia, if you’ve got to think about who you are going to vote for then “you ain’t Black.”

Stay tuned.

McAuliffe never signed his candidate form.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Republican Party of Virginia filed a lawsuit Thursday asking the courts to remove Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe from the ballot for failing to sign an official form declaring his candidacy. The McAuliffe campaign dismissed the suit as “desperate" and “Trumpian.”

McAuliffe won a June primary election for the Democratic nomination. But the lawsuit argues that McAuliffe should be disqualified from running in the November general election because of the omission of his signature — a move election experts say is unlikely.

"The declaration must be declared legally insufficient, and McAuliffe must be disqualified from appearing on any general election ballot,” Republicans wrote in a complaint filed in Richmond Circuit Court.

Renzo Olivari, a McAuliffe spokesperson, dismissed the suit, saying the campaign had submitted the required paperwork.

"This is nothing more than a desperate Trumpian move by the Virginia GOP to deprive voters of a choice in this election because Terry is consistently leading in the polls," he said in a statement.

The formal “declaration of candidacy” McAuliffe submitted to the state’s board of elections to enter the Democratic primary in March is indeed missing his signature — the box he was supposed to sign was left blank, along with lines asking for his phone numbers —- though two witnesses’ signatures were included on the form. The suit also argues the witnesses — including Olivari — violated state law because they could not have witnessed a signing that didn't happen.

McAuliffe, a former Virginia governor and longtime fixture of Democratic politics, is running for a second term against Republican Glenn Youngkin, a former executive at an investment fund. McAuliffe previously held the office from 2014 to 2018, but was prohibited by state law from seeking a consecutive term.

The Virginia Department of Elections declined to comment. But several state election law experts said they would be surprised if the suit had legs.

“I predict that this lawsuit will fail,” said Michael Gilbert, the vice dean of the University of Virginia School of Law. While he said that candidates are indeed sometimes removed from the ballot because of sloppy paperwork, he doubted that would happen in this case.

“The violation is harmless, and the remedy sought — removing McAuliffe from the general election ballot in November — is extreme. That remedy would scramble a lot of plans and frustrate a lot of voters, all in service of a minor rule (so minor that no one noticed the error earlier)," he wrote in an email. "It’s hard to see how that would promote democracy in the Commonwealth.”

Rick Hasen, an election law expert who teaches at the University of California, Irvine, said that states have varying standards when it comes to enforcing election rules, with some states much more forgiving of “technical difficulties” than others.

But “as a general matter, it would be surprising to see a court knock a major candidate for office off the ballot for a technicality," he said.

Virginia is the only state in the nation with an open race for governor this year, and the contest is being closely watched as a barometer of voter sentiment heading into next year's midterm elections, which will determine which party controls Congress. Republicans are hoping to break their more than decade-long losing streak in statewide races.

In 2019, Nick Freitas, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, did a similar thing and was forced to run a write-in campaign after he was disqualified because of a paperwork snafu. But rules don't apply to Democrats. They can do whatever they want.

Of being a witness to a unsigned official statement on election documents is a felony , just the same as if they witnessed a official state forged fake document with a fake signature the arrogant elitist rich ass MCAWFUL blew it no matter what his liberal "law scholars" say ,he was too smug too important and too hurried to comply with Virginia state law. His name must not be on the ballot , enough accommodating Democrat cheats

Democrat legal hacks don't give the people of Virginia any of that shit that its a minor error, how many people actually run for office ? There are many official "minor" hoops they must jump thru to get their names on the a ballot .

Nick Freitas's people made a mistake . Nick had to pay for it by running a write in campaign as Virgina state election official's refused to allow his name to be on the ballot even though he too was a top running candidate , so should be the case of MCAWFUL no matter what "polls" say or people who may be disenchanted in a fair and honest Virgina election of the people !

The law is very clear. The courts have no choice but rule McAuliffe is an illegitimate candidate. That is also consistent with their past rulings on similar issues.

Even if there were a technical defect with the declaration of candidacy—and there is not—it would provide no basis for removing McAuliffe’s name from the general election ballot and preventing Virginia’s voters from choosing him as their next Governor. The declaration of candidacy is a prerequisite for placement on the ballot in the Primary Election, not the General Election, and the primary election has already concluded.

Then that leaves a problem with the Party's Certification of Primary Candidates (ELECT-527), where the party can only list:
- Only candidates that qualified to be on the ballot by the candidate filing deadline may be listed.
- The filing (qualification) date is the date the candidate completed filing all correctly completed candidate forms and the petition page with the last accepted signature needed to meet the minimum requirement.

The party then certifies"
"I, do hereby certify that the listed candidates have filed their required Declaration of Candidacy, Petitions of Qualified Voters, and primary filing fee. I further certify that a review of the filed petitions found the required minimum number of signatures of qualified voters for that office to have been met. "

As we now know that since McAuliffe did NOT correctly complete candidate forms by the required deadline, the party's certification is invalid.

So, Terry, how does flouting the law improve confidence in the integrity of the election process. Maybe Trump was right.

Nick Freitas missed correctly filing his form and he was left off the ballot. He organized a massive write-in campaign and won a decisive victory over his Democrat challenger Ann Ridgeway.

Lisa Murkowski also did it in 2010.

Terry, if you are half as popular as you think you are, what are you afraid of. The Republicans' played by the rules and won. Why are Democrats incapable of following the rules?

Terry McAuliffe, who is running to win back his seat in November, was seen mask-less on an Amtrak train from New York to Washington, D.C., in late July – skirting federal mask mandates and Amtrak rules.

Fox News obtained photos of McAuliffe on a train from New York City's Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station on the night of July 29. An Amtrak passenger, who spoke to Fox News on condition of anonymity, took the photos, calling McAuliffe's violation of the rules an "absolute double standard."

The photo shows McAuliffe walking down the aisle of an Amtrak train, on a phone call, and not wearing a face covering. McAuliffe is seen standing under Amtrak's sign stating face masks are required. The relatively empty train car does show a passenger in the distance wearing a mask, and the passenger behind McAuliffe with a white strap over his ear, signaling that he, too, was wearing a mask.

"Amtrak requires everyone to wear a face mask," the sign reads. "Face masks must fully cover the mouth and nose and secure under the chin. Face masks must always be worn unless actively eating or drinking."

Amtrak’s website also states: "Federal law requires all customers and employees to wear a mask at all times while onboard trains and in stations, regardless of vaccination status or state or local laws."

McAuliffe seen in New York Penn Station's Moynihan Train Hall without a face mask. Federal mask mandates require face coverings on public transportation and in all public transportation hubs including airports and train stations.

A staffer for McAuliffe was waiting in line to board the train for him, while he took a phone call in the distance. When it was time to board the train, the passenger said the McAuliffe staffer waved him over to the line.

McAuliffe was "not wearing a mask on the escalator down to the platform," as he continued his phone call.

You have an individual who wants to be a leader of a state here in the United States, and it is an absolute double standard. You have to lead by example.

McAuliffe, in an op-ed published in the Washington Post in August about defeating the novel coronavirus, wrote that he "will always lead by example," and added that "taking this virus seriously is not a partisan issue it's a leadership test."

McAuliffe has repeatedly posted on Twitter, reminding individuals to wear masks to protect against COVID-19 and to follow CDC guidance.

When the train arrived to Union Station in Washington, D.C., McAuliffe was reportedly still not wearing a mask.

Former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, defended himself for not wearing a face covering on an Amtrak train over the summer, violating federal mask mandates, saying "we can always do better."

The photo shows McAuliffe walking down the aisle of an Amtrak train, on a phone call, and not wearing a face covering. McAuliffe is seen standing under Amtrak's sign stating face masks are required. The photo does show a passenger in the distance wearing a mask, and the passenger behind McAuliffe with a white strap over his ear, signaling that he, too, was wearing a mask.

When asked by ABC News this week about not wearing his mask, McAuliffe replied: "I’m very good about wearing my mask [except when nobody is looking]."

"I think we can all always do better [about being caught showing our true selves]," McAuliffe said. "It was 1 o’clock in the morning on an empty train [except for all those passengers near me]."

WATCH: As Democrat gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe lashes out and attacks Virginia sheriff after sheriff asks about McAuliffe’s embrace of defund the police movement. #vagov #vapol

https://twitter.com/i/status/1438329713441878017

The sheriff noted New Virginia Majority is a "large defund the police organization who want to abolish prisons and [Immigration and Customs Enforcement]" and pointed out that McAuliffe had expressed pride in accepting the group’s endorsement of him for governor.

"Now, first of all, sheriff, I’m proud to accept any endorsements [and the dark money they give me]. I get hundreds and hundreds and hundreds," McAuliffe shot back. "Groups that endorse me, I don’t know what they’re going to do."

"Have I ever supported defund the police? Are you out of your mind?

"I’ve invested in law enforcement – I just went through 25 minutes of telling you what I do for the police. Not defunded, I funded them!"

Partin, pushed back against McAuliffe and asked if the Democrat candidate for governor would "never support" defunding the police.

"I won’t even dignify that with an answer," McAuliffe responded, voice raised. "If my track record of four years as governor is not enough for you to understand how I feel on law enforcement, I will not dignify that with an answer."

Hampton Roads Black Caucus (HRBC) endorse Glenn Youngkin for Governor

Youngkin tweeted Saturday that he was "humbled" by the endorsement by the HRBC, which bills itself as a nonpartisan organization aimed at "enhancing the Black community." The group previously endorsed Democrats McAuliffe for governor in 2013 and Ralph Northam for governor in 2017.

"I love it when the Youngkin team tweets HUGE NEWS about a Republican group endorsing their Republican candidate," McAuliffe campaign spokeswoman Christina Freundlich wrote on Twitter, despite the group’s prior endorsements of Democrats.

In a 2016 Facebook post, HRBC said, "Here is what supporters of HRBC understand: HRBC SPEAKS TRUTH TO POWER REGARDLESS OF PARTY! We engage both Democrats and Republicans who hold local office because THEY ARE MAKING DECISIONS THAT AFFECT OUR EVERYDAY LIVES!" Gee, sounds like a group that puts principle over party.

"40-year career politician Terry McAuliffe knows he’s losing, which is why he and his team are constantly looking to diminish any group that dares question his authority or disagrees with him," Youngkin campaign spokesman Christian Martinez said in a statement.

"[McAauliffe] has yelled at a sheriff who called him out for embracing radical groups that want to defund the police, he doesn’t want parents to have a say in their children’s education, he wants employees fired if they don’t get the vaccine, and now he questions the legitimacy of a historical black organization simply for not endorsing him," the statement continued. "Terry McAuliffe is not a leader, he was never fit to be governor in the first place."

McAuliffe once again is pictured maskless, this time at Virginia Tech despite indoor face covering requirement

Democrat Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe was pictured without a mask in an indoor auditorium at Virginia Tech last week in an apparent breach of the university’s strict indoor masking requirements intended to combat the spread of COVID-19. He was joined by Democrat state Del. Chris Hurst, who was also without a mask while standing at the front of the room.

Virginia Tech reinstated a mandatory indoor masking policy regardless of vaccination status in August. The university’s website specifies that special guests and invited speakers are also required to wear masks indoors. Unless you are Democrat.

Virginia gubernatorial Democrat candidate Terry McAuliffe cast President Joe Biden and his party’s lawmakers in Congress as a liability in the final weeks of the campaign, with polls showing a tightening race.

“We are facing a lot of headwinds from Washington,” McAuliffe, a former head of the Democratic National Committee, said during a virtual rally with supporters on Tuesday. “As you know, the president is unpopular today, unfortunately, here in Virginia, so we’ve got to plow through.”

Democratic Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe declared that he plans to "build education," just two weeks after he created a firestorm by saying parents should have little say in what public schools teach their children.

"Who do you think should be in control of education if not Virginia parents?" the tracker asked as McAuliffe walked to his vehicle.

"Have you been vaccinated yet?" McAuliffe fired back. "That’s the question I want to know. You should have a mask on. … You’re dangerous here." It appears only us little people are dangerous for not wearing a mask, but Terry is not.

At the meeting Terry was conducting, he was maskless in the room.

It's all falling apart. Voted yesterday at the Gov Center. Stood around for a while talking to the guy handing out Republican voting guides. In the time I stood there 31 people took a Republican guide, only 3 took a Democrat.

It's going to be a clean swipe for the Republican ticket.

Virginia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe received another six-figure donation from a billionaire associate of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein who owns a private plane nicknamed the "Fuck Jet."

Ron Burkle, a billionaire investor, donated $100,000 to McAuliffe’s campaign in September — his latest donation in support of the former governor’s electoral bid, according to Virginia campaign financial records reviewed by Fox News.

Burkle, who made his billions in the supermarket game and rose to prominence after former President Clinton joined his financial firm Yucaipa, previously gave McAuliffe another $100,000 at the end of last year as the Virginia gubernatorial contest ramped up.

The billionaire supporting McAuliffe’s campaign is also a reported associate of both Epstein and former President Clinton, having been named in the convicted sex criminal’s infamous "black book" as well as Epstein’s private jet travel log.

Additionally, it has also been reported that his custom-outfitted Boeing 757 with a bed chamber is known amongst his aides as the "Fuck Jet" and has taken both Burkle and Clinton around the world. In a Los Angeles Times interview in 2016, Burkle downplayed reports about women coming onto his private plate, saying he was "very shy with girls" and that it "takes me about a year to tell a girl I like her."
