What more can be said , with a small majority in the US House a 50/50 divided US Senate and the leftist Democrats are now going to attempt to pack the US Supreme Court to obtain total power over the USA by controlling all US courts with high court decisions rigged in favor of the Democrats

This is a unconstitutional act due to the fact that taking over the USA with a rigged supreme court is the sole reason for this action . Appointing justices as you wish when vacancies occur , as many as there may be is constitutional but to suddenly add extra justices only because Democrats are not the majority on the court is not

It is no "void". The drafters intentionally chose not to set a specific number of justices, but instead left it for future legislators to decide. The number of justices varied over time. Nine is a traditional number, nothing more.

That had nothing to do with the decision. The Congress had already stripped Southern states of representation in Congress, including Southern states that had senators or Representatives sitting in Congress during the Civil War. It was a naked power grab. Republicans did not want a non-Republican president to be appointing justices to the Supreme Court. Partisan politics pure and simple.

There are also policy reasons in favor of increasing the number of justices on the Court. The first is that each justice is expected to supervise a Circuit Court. Since there are more Circuit Courts than there are justices, some justices have to supervise multiple circuits. The second is that by increasing the number of total justices it could allow the court to hear cases in panel, rather than all justices hearing all cases. This panel system is used in many appellate courts throughout the country and allows for the court to hear a much larger number of cases. The current system limits the number of cases that can be heard, so many appeals of significant merit don't get heard. For cases of great importance there would still be the option of hearing the case en banc.

The Democrats can only lose 2 votes in the House. They have the thinnest of thin majorities.

Has always been since the birth of the USA the court hears cases before all justices en blanc , that's because it is the Supreme Court and that should never change.

As far as the circuits they can be rotated giving justices breaks with lesser or more circuits , each Supreme Court justice has national authority over all lower courts .

The court stands at nine justices and should not be changed but only by constitutional amendment as the precedence of nine is beyond the half life of the USA's existence

Must be by constitutional amendment by increments of two's to maintain the balance of the powers of government and political parties . Why do Democrats want to jump the court up to 11 , just so they will have a 7-6 rule . That's rigging the constitution and thus the rule of law in the USA by expansion due to a win in a single election not by vacancy's occurring on the court the method the court has been changed over 150 years

FDR wanted to pack the court , they all said don't do it, FDR was able to replace all 9 justices by appointing new justices anyway as vacancy's occurred as he was elected to 4 terms . Joe Biden's term is 4 years he may have two appointments as it stands and if Democrats win in 24 they may have at least 1 more if they hold the Senate, but with this type of court packing scheming coming down by the leftists that's not going to happen .
